The hose bib and gate valve hardware are covered by a 2-year warranty. The copper pipe lengths and press fittings themselves carry a longer 25-year warranty, reflecting the durability of the copper construction versus the moving hardware components.
With normal outdoor use, expect a lifespan of 10–20 years. The copper pipe and press fittings carry a 25-year warranty, while the hose bib and gate valves are covered for 2 years.
Yes — this is expected and desirable. Copper develops a natural patina as it ages, shifting from bright copper-orange to deeper bronze and eventually a soft verdigris tone. It's part of the character of a genuine copper product and doesn't affect performance.
Yes. It's made from solid copper, which naturally resists UV, salt air, and corrosion — making it a strong choice for beachfront properties, pool surrounds, and other harsh
Australian outdoor conditions.

This refers to the handle style and colour-coding on the two gate valves — red for hot, blue for cold — so temperature control is intuitive at a glance. It's a classic, easy-to-read design that suits both residential and commercial outdoor settings.
We strongly recommend professional installation by a licensed plumber, especially since this model has both hot and cold connections. When installed by a licensed plumber, the system is covered by the installer's workmanship obligation for up to 7 years, giving you extra peace of mind on top of the product warranty.
Yes. This model is designed for a hot and cold water connection, with separate gate valve handles so you can mix your own water temperature. Your plumber will connect it to your existing hot and cold water lines.
The built-in hose bib (garden tap) is garden hose compatible, so you can connect a standard hose for tasks like rinsing gear, filling buckets, or hosing down the pool area — separate from the shower head's hot and cold supply.
The system tolerates temperatures up to 60°C. Your plumber can set your hot water unit's output to a comfortable, safe shower temperature within that range.
This is a wall or post-mounted design — it isn't freestanding. If you need to confirm mounting requirements for your specific site (masonry, timber post, cladding, etc.), it's best to check with your installer before ordering.

Honestly? Love it. Chucked it up out back and it just looks so good, way better than I expected. Hot and cold, easy peasy, no dramas swapping between them. Does the job, looks the part, zero complaints from me. Solid buy.

We absolutely love our new outdoor shower.
The copper finish is beautiful - adding warmth and character to our space.
Best of all, our 3 year old son Harry loves using it on the daily for bucket baths on our deck or for a post beach freshen up. This feature piece provides plenty of water play options whilst being genuinely practical for our family home.
A proven addition to any home and compatible with all seasons of life.
